Return / Refund Policy
Most of the products we sell offer custom options with cushions that are made to order. Therefore any order changed or canceled after the order has been put into production is subject to a 25% restocking fee. If you are not satisfied with any product you ordered, please call us and we will make every effort to rectify the situation. If and only after we have tried to rectify the problem and you are still unhappy we will refund you money in full less any shipping charges incurred. You will be responsible for shipping charges to return the product(s). Since all replacement cushions are custom made, we cannot accept any returns after the cushions have shipped. Please double check all measurements on replacement cushions to ensure that you have chosen the correct cushion, if in doubt please call.
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. When your order arrives, be sure to inspect it to be sure you received the right products and they were not damaged in transit. If you notice damage, note it on the delivery receipt and notify the driver before you sign for it. Call us a at 717-560-6325 as soon as you can to report the damage or discrepancy. In the rare case of concealed damage, please call us within 5 days of delivery and we will be happy to address the situation. We will pay for return shipping and ship out a replacement at no charge on all damages. In the case of the wrong product shipped, please call us immediately and we will pay for return shipping and replace the incorrect product.
Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone,fax,e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially,and effectively.
